Noah and Lulu

Today we reached part three of our four part series on Noah:

It was a family service and so the sermon was a little more ‘light’ (ish). I looked at the reasons people would have thought that Noah was foolish:

1. He believed God was going to flood the world
2. He believed God was going to save him in an ark
3. He believed he had to obey God in everything

I then thought about what it would be like to be stuck in an ark with all those animals. I’ve got a cat and a dog, their ok, but what about an elephant?

Noah is one of the characters in the Bible that it is easy to get very wrong. Indeed, much Sunday school teaching on Noah goes a little like this:
